Phase I — 29.78 ha developed

• 63 industrial units across five size groups
• Business & Conference Hotel with 120 rooms
• Administrative complex and fuel station
• Initial solar system of ~4.5 MWp

Phase II — ~34 ha expansion platform

• Additional controlled land for future growth
• Built on Phase I's existing infrastructure
• Doubling of solar capacity toward ~9 MWp
• Room for new operators and larger units
